CODA's loading dock hours are Monday through Saturday, 5am to 9pm. The loading dock entrance is located on LL2 on Armstead Place NW between W Peachtree Street and Spring Street and require prior approval 24 hours in advance. All after hours and weekend deliveries are to be arranged with the Property Management Office and must be approved in advance.

All delivery drivers MUST sign-in with the Dock Master with a valid driver's license before gaining access to the freight elevators and/or the building whether an access badge is issued or not issued. 

All deliveries to and from the building must utilize the Service Elevator and require prior approval from Property Management. Deliveries are not permitted through the lobby, passenger or garage elevators. Deliveries between 5am - 6pm (Monday - Friday) are by request only. 

Dock access is limited to 30 minutes per delivery. 

The dock leveler is located in Bay 1 and may only be operated by the Dock Master.

The Dock Master is not permitted to sign or accept any deliveries.
